I have over 20 years of Police experience as a Patrol Officer, Deep Cover/ Undercover Narcotics, Internal Affairs, Robbery and Homicide, SWAT Hostage Negotiator, Defensive Tactics/ Impact Weapons Instructor and Fitness Instructor.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Transformational Life Coach. Through my approach and methodology, I help to address unwanted behavior, intrusive thoughts and negative emotions. Whether it’s improving your relationships, balancing stress or assisting you with getting more out of life, my goal is to help you attain your greatest potential.

My unique blend of Hypnosis and Life Coaching allows me to utilize Visualization Techniques, Kinesthetic Transfer and Auditory Stimulation to enhance your Conscious and Subconscious Awareness.
