Coaching is about aligning with someone who can help you to define and pursue your life vision. Coaches ask strategic questions and help you to accomplish the goals necessary to get to where you want to go in life.ive, ongoing, and deliberate.

Our coaches are business executives, fitness experts, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, psychologist, nutritionists, freethinkers, and trend setters. They are experts in their field with proven track records of success in their industry. Their qualifications and experience go beyond basic certifications. They have mastered their craft and are now ready to help you do the same.

Yes. And if you’re willing and committed to putting in the effort, the results are guaranteed. But seriously, working regularly with a coach or mentor is scientifically proven to bring results. For more information, check this out.

Each and every conversation you have with your Coach will be a unique blend of both you and your Coach’s experiences and knowledge. They will help you overcome everything from daily challenges to major life events. You may discuss disappointments, frustrations, goals, and how to take control of your future.

 

Though all experiences are unique, there are a few consistencies to expect from your work with your Coach. You will always have your Coach’s full attention. So, be as transparent as possible, your Coach is not a mind reader and they will need your help to make sure you get where you want to go. The more open you are the more beneficial your work will be.

 

Your Coach will also ask questions with the intent of understanding your presenting problem or challenges. Once you both have flushed out the problem, your Coach will begin strategizing how you will work toward your goals.

 

Our Life Coaches will talk about almost any life, career, or health related challenge preventing you from taking full control of your life. This may include frustrations, disappointments, or setbacks you encountered or anticipate in the future.

 

It can also be conversations around preventative measures, self improvement, motivation, guidance, a second perspective, or simply an open minded person to hear out an idea.

 

Do keep in mind your Coach doesn’t have any superpowers. They will listen and work with you in an enthusiastic, nonjudgmental, and supportive way to help you uncover for yourself what is best for your life. Our Coaches will do their part, and if you do yours too, you will see real change and growth.

Hundred Life Design is for anyone willing and ready to make a change in their life. If you feel like you’re tired of putting your “real life” on hold, or you expect more out of life, then coaching is for you!

 

Maybe you are facing conflict, are frustrated with life, engaged in a disagreement with a spouse or partner, have a huge decision to make, or are experiencing some really serious life circumstances. You are an excellent candidate for Hundred Life Design.

Some of our coaches hold degrees in mental health fields, but no matter their training or education, Hundred Life Design is not intended to treat or diagnose any forms or mental illness. It is also NOT a resource for people looking for a therapist or counselor and we do NOT treat any psychiatric disorders. If you experiencing any symptoms of a possible mental health disorder you are encouraged to reach out to a mental health provider. Your coach will not be able to provide you with a list of providers. Remember this is NOT therapy.

Coaching is about making good people great. While therapy and counseling tend to focus on mental illness and unresolved problems from our past, coaching focuses on understanding yourself today and setting yourself up for where you want to go next. Coaching is much more proactive, positive focused, and shorter in duration. Most clients begin seeing results after a few weeks!

  • Customer requests a cancelation more than two (2) hours prior to the Consultation: no charge to Customer and the pre-payment will be refunded to Customer’s credit card.
  • Customer requests a cancelation two (2) hours or less prior to the Consultation: 50% charge to Customer, the 50% pre-payment will be refunded to Customer’s payment instrument.
  • Customer requests a cancelation at the time of or after the commencement of the Consultation: Customer is charged in full, no refunds can be issued.
  • Coach requests a cancelation at any time: no charge to Customer and the pre-payment will be refunded to Customer’s credit card.

The answer is yes. All of your personal information including demographic data, contact information, and payment information are securely stored in encrypted servers. The video conversations between you and your Coach are NOT recorded, stored, or saved. Furthermore, each Life Coach has signed confidentiality agreements and is sworn to keep your conversations private. Your information is not shared with other Coaches or administration. 

 

Of course there are limitations to confidentiality. Namely, if you are a danger to yourself, making threats of suicide, if you are a danger to others and threatening to harm another person, or if you are engaging in, or reporting, abuse. Excluding these rare circumstances, the only people that know anything about your conversation will be your Coach and you. Yes you can. We just ask that as a courtesy, you inform your coach before recording.

Hundred Life Design is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

A majority of our coaches are located throughout the United States. We also have a few coaches who are located overseas in Europe.

Your payment info is stored on an encrypted server in the United States. We do not sell your information nor solicit you.

Due to the busy and in-demand nature of our coaches, we cannot offer a trial period or session. That said, we are so confident that you’ll enjoy your experience, we’ll refund your money if your session was anything less than great.

Tell us a bit about what type of coach you are looking for and what topics you would like to cover. We can then send your info over to our client relations team who can make a couple of personalized recommendations for you.

We cannot actually book the appointment for you. For privacy reasons, you have to make the reservation on your own. But we are happy to help match you with a coach or assist you with finding a time that works with the coach of your choice.

Yes and no. You can book as many appointments as you like, no problem at all. However, you will have to book and pay for each appointment individually. (It’s not possible to put multiple appointments in a shopping cart and then pay for them all at once.)

As long as they are in the same room with you, yes. They will not be able to join the conversation from a different device. But it is totally fine if you and another person want to take the call together.

We do not offer sessions in other time lengths. It’s because we’ve found it to be the optimal time for a session. Short sessions often are not comprehensive enough while longer sessions tend to drag on a bit.

Not a problem! You are not committed to any particular coach, and so you may switch and try out as many as you like. It’s important to find one who you get along well with. Just note that cancelling any pre-booked sessions are subject to our cancelation policy.

Yes, you may work with more than 1 coach at a time. Thats no problem.

There is no minimum age to work with a coach. If you are ready and willing to make a positive change in your life, age becomes irrelevant.

ABOUT THE COACHES

Thats ok, you have options.

 

You can propose a time that works for you. To do this, select the day and time in your coach’s calendar. You will notice the time slots have a “propose now” icon on them. Simply click the time slot you want and then confirm the proposal. Your coach will be notified of your request, and will either accept or deny based on their availability. And yes, you will be notified via email once the coach has accepted or declined.

 

OR 

 

You may use the direct chat feature to contact your coach and ask about their availability. To do this, you will need to first have created a profile. Then, you can view the profile page of the coach you wish to work with, and then type your proposal in the messaging text box. Your coach will be notified that you’ve contacted them and will get back to you asap. You will also be notified via email when our coach has replied to you.

If you proposed a time less than 24 hours ago. 

Our coaches are often quite busy and they have up to 24 hours to get back to proposals. We cannot guarantee that short notice requests can be met. That said, we am happy to reach out to a coach as well and see if there isn’t something we can do. If you like, we can contact them directly, and we’ll get back to you with their reply. We’re sorry to hear your coach hasn’t gotten back to you yet. Here’s what we can do for you. They will listen and work with you in an enthusiastic, nonjudgmental, and supportive way to help you uncover for yourself what is best for your life. Our Coaches will do their part, and if you do yours too, you will see real change and growth.

You are not under any sort of contract nor obliged to stick with one particular Life Coach. You may talk with any Coach at any time. You may even want to talk with more than one. Simply put, you are free to talk with whomever you like.

Not finding someone who specializes in exactly what you’re looking for? Not a problem, we can help get your paired up! Many of our coaches cover more topics than listed on their profiles, it’s sometimes a challenge to capture all the areas in which a coach can work with you. Use our contact form and tell us a bit about what you’re looking for, including: conversation topics, preferred language, and price point. We’ll get back to you asap with some solid candidates.

Unfortunately no. As an online platform, we keep all of our coaching sessions to video chat. We find our clients prefer the convenience of this service and get just as much out of it as they would in real life.

For privacy reasons, we do not give out the personal contact information of our coaches. If you would like to contact a coach, you may use the direct chat feature on their profile page or book a time with them.

Each of our coaches has their own unique style and way of working with you. And so generally, yes your coach should be more than happy to provide you with a summary and extra materials if you ask for it and they deem it relevant. It’s not uncommon for coaches to do this for clients.

No, video is not necessary. Our coaching sessions run off of Zoom. You can access your conversation on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. For an audio only call, simply keep your camera off. Your coach will be able to hear you just fine, and you’ll still be able to see them if you like.

Coaches with a premium tag mean they are a proven and trusted coach based on client feedback. The Pro tag means the coach has accomplished something extraordinary. This could be building a successful business, publishing a best selling book, competing at a professional level or something else.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

We use Zoom Video Communications in order to give you the friendliest user experience possible. You will need to download the Zoom app for your PC, Mac or or mobile device. But don’t worry! This is just a one time thing. For any issues downloading the app or about Zoom in general, visit their homepage.

You can nearly any device! We use Zoom Video Communications in order to give you the easiest user experience possible. You’ll need to download the Zoom app for your PC, Mac, or mobile device, and I am happy to help walk you through that process. But don’t worry, this is just a one time thing. Beyond that, you do not require any special equipment.

If you forgot your password, username, or both, simply click the “forgot login info” button on the login screen. A new temporary login ID will be sent to you.

When you are in a video call with your coach, move your mouse over or tap the screen. An option bar at the bottom of your screen will appear. Select the “chat” option. A text window will open with a button titled “file.” Select the file button and then choose what file or document you wish to send.

Your coach will download whatever files you send them and a copy will be saved on their device. Keep this in mind when sending files to your coach.

Our coaches are all required to have up to date devices and strong internet connections. If you are experiencing a poor quality call, it is likely due to a weak internet / data signal or something with your device. Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection. If you are using mobile data, make sure you have good signal strength. Also make sure your device’s operating system and Zoom App are kept up to date.

Our coaches are trained on how to use our video system and are all required to have up to date devices and strong internet connections. If you cannot see or hear your coach, make sure you have allowed the Zoom app to access your device’s camera and microphone.

Yes, an internet or mobile data connection is required to connect with your coach. Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection. If you are using mobile data, make sure you have good signal strength. Also make sure your device’s operating system and Zoom App are kept up to date.

For Wifi and data connections, you must have a minimum of 8Mbps (megabytes per second). Signal strengths less than this will likely cause poor quality or connection issues. To check your connections strength, visit www.speedtest.net

No. An internet or mobile data connection is required to use Hundred Life Design.
